Qatar- Iranian President Meets South Korean Counterpart
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Tehran May 02 (QNA) - President of Iran Hassan Rouhani met Monday with President of South Korea Park Geun-hye currently visiting Tehran.
During the meeting they discussed the latest regional and international developments and means of promoting bilateral cooperation in all fields.
President Park is the first South Korean president visiting Iran since the establishment of relations between the two countries in 1962.
She arrived in Tehran Sunday accompanied by more than 230 South Korean business executives and leaders to explore new business opportunities.
Also Monday Park is set to meet with Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to discuss ways of boosting relations between the two countries. (QNA)
