Al Omaniya to acquire United Finance
(MENAFN) Al Omaniya is set to submit a full acquisition offer for Oman's United Finance, a deal which UF's board has been considering for a while, Reuters reported.
Last month, United Finance asked the National Bank of Oman, Bank Nizwa and Al Omaniya to partake in a procurement bidding procedure. The other two establishments have concluded not to bid.
United Finance offers loans and leasing services as well as corporate deposits.
