Jordan Condemns Drone Attack Targeting Saudi Arabia
Amman, May 18 (Petra) -- Jordan condemned an attack targeting Saudi Arabia involving three drones launched from Iraqi airspace, describing the incident as a violation of Saudi sovereignty and a threat to regional security and stability.
In a statement issued Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs described the attack as a flagrant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
The ministry reaffirmed Jordan's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and the safety of citizens and residents.
