(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equinox Gold Corp. (TSX: EQX, NYSE American: EQX) (“Equinox Gold” or the“Company”) is pleased to announce detailed voting results from the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 7, 2026.

A total of 530,033,771 common shares were represented at the meeting, being 66.9% of the Company's outstanding common shares.

Each of the director nominees listed in the Company's Management Information Circular dated March 23, 2026, which is available on the Company's website at, was elected as a director of the Company. Each of the other matters voted on at the meeting, as described in detail below and in the Management Information Circular, was approved.
