Air Defense Forces Neutralized 175 Russian Drones, Five Missiles Since Morning
During the attack, the enemy used two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, five Kh-59/69 guided air-to-surface missiles, and 234 strike drones of various types, including Shahed drones (some jet-powered), Gerbera, Italmas, Parodiya decoy drones, and other UAVs.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
As of 18:30, preliminary data show that five guided missiles and 175 enemy drones were shot down or suppressed in the north, south, and central regions of the country.

Data on impacts and debris from downed UAVs are being clarified.
As Ukrinform previously reported, air defense forces also neutralized 249 out of 268 drones launched by Russian forces overnight on May 2.
