(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, announced this on Telegram.

“Tuapse. For the fourth time,” Kovalenko noted.
