Ukrainian Government To Provide Support To Dnipro After Massive Russian Attack
According to her, 13 civilian sites were damaged in the city, and at least 27 residential buildings suffered varying degrees of destruction. Two kindergartens and an outpatient clinic were also hit, while damage assessment is ongoing.
“The government will provide the necessary support to Dnipro. I have instructed the Ministry for Development, together with local authorities, to urgently assess the need for state assistance,” the Prime Minister said.

Later updates said the number of injured had risen to 46.
