Ukrainian Government To Provide Support To Dnipro After Massive Russian Attack

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

According to her, 13 civilian sites were damaged in the city, and at least 27 residential buildings suffered varying degrees of destruction. Two kindergartens and an outpatient clinic were also hit, while damage assessment is ongoing.

“The government will provide the necessary support to Dnipro. I have instructed the Ministry for Development, together with local authorities, to urgently assess the need for state assistance,” the Prime Minister said.

Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces carried out a massive combined strike on Dnipro on the night of April 25, followed by another daytime attack that damaged a residential building, killed one person, and injured seven more. Later updates said the number of injured had risen to 46.
