Annabel Blake

Annabel Blake is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney researching how young people engage with conversational AI. Their research sits at the intersection of child-AI interaction, play, and AI alignment. Outside academia, they have over a decade of experience designing technology for young people; from prototyping in Google's Creative Lab to leading AI design research at Canva. They are a former Australian ski team athlete and a children's author.
