Zelensky Imposes Sanctions On Entities Supporting Russia's Defense Industry
The sanctions package targeting Russia's defense industry includes 26 individuals and 31 legal entities. Among them are companies that produce unmanned robotic systems – underwater, surface, and aerial – as well as related software.
The list also includes companies involved in the production and servicing of various weapons, including electronic warfare systems, air defense systems, armored vehicles, submarines, naval vessels, auxiliary fleet ships, port equipment, and related components.

Another sanctions decision targets seven individuals and 11 legal entities – companies and their executives who facilitate sanctions evasion. Among them are manufacturers of components for Kh-101, Kh-59M2/M2A, and Iskander-K missiles. The list also includes companies engaged in illegal business activities in temporarily occupied territories and those involved in the construction of the Crimean Bridge.
Ukraine will provide partners with all necessary information to synchronize sanctions across international jurisdictions, the statement said.
"These sanctions strike at the core of Russia's military-industrial complex – from weapons manufacturers and critical component suppliers to networks enabling sanctions evasion. We are systematically closing these loopholes, including activities in temporarily occupied territories. The pressure will only intensify – both from our side and in coordination with our partners," said Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the President's Commissioner for Sanctions Policy.
Earlier, Zelensky called on partners not to lift sanctions on Russia, warning that doing so would enable it to continue the war.
