(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Kapoor-Ahuja family has grown by two tiny feet! Four days after welcoming her second child into the world, actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja took to Instagram to share an intimate and heartwarming glimpse into her journey.

Reflecting on the joy of new motherhood alongside her appreciation for the healthcare system, Sonam shared photos from HN Reliance Hospital, where she and husband Anand Ahuja welcomed their second baby boy.

The couple, who are already parents to their elder son, Vayu, expressed an outpouring of gratitude for facility staff.

'Grateful beyond words'

Sonam's message was a tribute to the "village" it takes to bring a child into the world safely and comfortably. "Grateful beyond words,” the actress shared in her caption.“Thank you to HN Reliance Hospital for the most incredible experience as we welcomed our second son into the world. It has truly been exceptional in every way."

She gave a special nod to her OBGYN, Dr Avaan Dadina, who has now guided the actress through both of her pregnancies. Sonam acknowledged the "trust, calm and reassurance" that Dr Dadina provided during the transformative experience.

A personal touch

The actress also took a moment to applaud the vision of Nita Ambani, adding that the hospital reflects a seamless blend of“excellence and compassion”.

From surgeons and paediatricians to the nursing team, security staff and even chefs and housekeeping, she shared an extensive list of those who supported her, thanking the collective effort of many“unsung heroes”.

Members of the film fraternity and family were quick to congratulate the couple. Rhea Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor were among the first to respond with heart emojis, while celebrities like Sonakshi Sinha and Kanika Kapoor also left warm messages, welcoming the newest member of the Kapoor family.
