Jordanian Police: 356 Reports Of Falling Debris Handled Across The Kingdom


(MENAFN- Amman Net) The Public Security Directorate announced that Jordanian Police and Civil Defense personnel have responded to (356) reports of incidents involving falling objects and debris across most governorates. These operations took place from February 28, 2026, until this afternoon.

According to official statements, the Jordanian Police confirmed that no major injuries were recorded, with the exception of one minor injury involving a child in Irbid Governorate.

The Jordanian Police urge all citizens to strictly adhere to the safety guidelines issued by the authorities and not to hesitate to contact the unified emergency number (911) to report any sightings or suspicious items.

Furthermore, the Jordanian Police reiterate their urgent warning: Do not gather near or approach any suspicious objects under any circumstances, as they pose an extreme danger to public safety.
