The project is expected to accommodate around 80 per cent of the resort's total workforce.

Developed by Wynn Design and Development, Wynn Oasis is designed as a self-contained residential village.

Accommodation will include private bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, laundry facilities, personal safes, and high-speed internet. A dedicated guest building, The Beach House, will provide lodging for visiting family members.

At the centre of the community is The Pearl, a hub offering fitness, entertainment, wellness, and social spaces.

Facilities include a Technogym-equipped fitness centre, swimming pools, indoor sports arenas, a cinema, karaoke studios, and an e-sports gaming lounge.

On-site services will include retail outlets, banking, grooming, a medical clinic, a pharmacy, and tailoring services.

Dining will be provided by six in-house food and beverage outlets, including The Reef, a buffet-style restaurant, and Victory Sports Bar & Lounge, a 197-seat venue offering live sports.

Four additional grab-and-go concepts, Stacked, Slice, Zen, and an artisan coffee house, will serve everyday convenience.

Community spaces are designed to support connection and recreation. La Rêve Plaza will host cultural events, performances, and outdoor cinema, while Al Safa Garden provides a quiet area for relaxation.

The development will feature more than 65,000 plants and 500 trees, shaded walkways, and a one-kilometre running track.

A key feature of Wynn Oasis is Wynn University, an on-site campus for professional training and career development. The facility includes culinary kitchens, digital learning spaces, and specialised training laboratories.

According to Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the development reflects the company's focus on staff well-being and professional growth.

He said Wynn Oasis was designed“with the same attention to detail as our guest environments”, prioritising“wellbeing, connection, and personal development”, and noted that the project aims to set a“new standard for how hospitality organisations invest in their staff”.

Wynn Oasis marks a significant milestone for Wynn Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah and demonstrates the company's approach to colleague living and professional development.
