Mìlà And Shopify Host Limited Eight-Course Chef's Table In LA On January 15

(MENAFN- EIN Presswire) EINPresswire/ -- MìLà, the modern Chinese food brand known for bringing restaurant-caliber frozen food to homes nationwide, is partnering with Shopify to host an eight-course Chef's Table experience on Thursday, January 15 at 8:00pm at 707 N. Stanley Ave. in Los Angeles.

The intimate omakase-style dinner reimagines signature MìLà dishes with rare ingredients, demonstrating the brand's philosophy that exceptional technique and flavor transcend the frozen aisle. The $80-per-person experience also includes specialty cocktails inspired by lychee, Szechuan peppercorn, and rice-washed botanicals, plus a custom goodie bag. With limited seats available across both seatings, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.

“At MìLà, we've always operated in the space of both/and, honoring tradition while embracing bold reinvention,” said MìLà Co-Founder & President Jennifer Liao.“This dinner brings that tension to life: luxe ingredients meeting everyday accessibility, frozen food showcasing restaurant-level craft.”

Since launching, MìLà has relied on Shopify's platform to scale from a single Bellevue, WA storefront to a national direct-to-consumer brand shipping across the country. This experience demonstrates how Shopify helps entrepreneurial brands like MìLà evolve beyond traditional ecommerce, creating opportunities to bring products to life for fans in immersive, meaningful ways.

As MìLà has grown, its commitment to authentic Chinese-American storytelling has remained central to the brand's identity.“MìLà's approach has always been about authenticity that isn't rigid. It's lived, cooked, and shared, shaped by the kitchens we grew up in and the ones we're building now,” said Simu Liu, actor and author who serves as MìLà's Chief Content Officer.“Great technique doesn't have to disappear in the freezer, and each bite is proof that frozen can be premium and wildly delicious.”
