Singer Revamps Maharagama Service Centre

The centre continues to prioritise personalised service, with a team of highly trained technicians and customer care specialists equipped with extensive product knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of all service requests.

A dedicated spare parts counter provides genuine components for renowned global brands including TCL, Samsung, Beko, Hitachi, and Panasonic. As the exclusive service partner for many of these brands, Singer offers customers convenient, over-the-counter access to premium parts.

The upgraded centre now features a modern Queue Management System (QMS) implemented by SLTMobitel to reduce waiting times, a comfortable customer lounge, and an enhanced Call Management System to ensure prompt attention to all inquiries.

Singer also leverages advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence, through the SINGER Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence to streamline internal processes and improve the overall customer journey.

Complementing in-store services, the Singer Care App allows customers to arrange product repairs and maintenance from home. Available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, the app enables users across the country to schedule repairs, track service progress, and access product information anytime.
