Max is a Behavioural Scientist whose main research interests are on human motivation and health behaviour change. In particular, Max is interested in improving the quality of life for an ageing population and the role that digital technologies play in modifying or facilitating healthy (or unhealthy) lifestyle behaviours such as regular physical activity. Max is also interested health communication and specifically how personalised information can be used to support individuals, communities or wider societal systems make healthy choices and reduce the burden of disease.
