The 2025 Staff Meeting Was Successfully Held To Draw A New Chapter In Safe Production

Cultural Communication Initiative– Building corporate culture walls and launching an internal publication,Linde Culture Activity Platform Initiative– Organizing cultural theme months, family open days, and related events Evaluation Initiative– Incorporating cultural compliance into the performance appraisal system.

During the session, employees engaged in vibrant discussions centered around the four core cultural values. Production department representatives shared practical insights on "Quality Integrity," proposing the establishment of a quality traceability system. The R&D team suggested creating an "Innovation Fund" to incentivize technological breakthroughs. The sales department advocated for launching a "Customer Appreciation" service campaign, while the administration department recommended enhancing employee care mechanisms. All proposals received positive feedback from company leadership.

In conclusion, the company announced the formation of a Corporate Culture Development Task Force and the allocation of a dedicated annual budget for cultural initiatives. Additionally, plans were unveiled to publish the Linde Cable Employee Culture Handbook, which will clearly outline implementation standards, as well as corresponding recognition and disciplinary measures.
