Boeing Records Increase in Q4 Revenue

(MENAFN) American aviation manufacturing powerhouse Boeing disclosed Tuesday that fourth-quarter 2025 performance surged with heightened revenues and plane shipments, achieving a quarterly net profit of 8.2 billion U.S. dollars and annual net earnings of 2.2 billion dollars.

Corporate financial disclosures revealed that Boeing's 2025 annual revenue climbed to 89.5 billion dollars, while the manufacturer dispatched 600 commercial aircraft throughout the year—marking the strongest yearly figures since 2018.

Fourth-quarter revenues hit 23.9 billion dollars, representing a 57 percent year-over-year surge. The aerospace giant recorded a 9.6-billion-dollar gain from its Digital Aviation Solutions transaction closure.

Boeing's commercial aircraft division generated 11.4 billion dollars in quarterly revenue, soaring 139 percent compared to the prior year, and shipped 160 commercial jets—a 181 percent increase. The global services division saw revenues climb 2 percent year-over-year to 5.2 billion dollars.

"We made significant progress on our recovery in 2025 and have set the foundation to keep our momentum going in the year ahead," said Boeing President and CEO Kelly Ortberg.

Ortberg highlighted that Boeing finalized the acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems and divested portions of the Digital Aviation Solutions business during the period, emphasizing the company will remain focused on promoting stable operations, completing development programs and rebuilding trust with stakeholders.

Multiple safety incidents involving various Boeing aircraft models in recent years have significantly impacted operational capacity and financial outcomes, substantially eroding brand credibility and competitive positioning.

Boeing recorded a full-year net loss of approximately 11.8 billion dollars in 2024.
