Qatar Participates In Global Diamond Governance At Dubai Ministerial Meeting

In his remarks, HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Mohammed bin Hassan al-Malki reaffirmed Qatar's commitment to ethical and responsible international trade practices. Discussions also focused on adopting an expanded definition of conflict diamonds to strengthen regulatory frameworks, bolster consumer confidence, and ensure the protection of diamond-producing communities.
