US, UAE Tackles Development In Sudan

WASHINGTON, Nov 21 (KUNA) -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio talked on the phone Friday with UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan regarding development in Sudan.
US Principal Deputy Spokesperson of the State Department Tommy Pigott said the Secretary and the Foreign Minister continued discussions on collective efforts to achieving a humanitarian ceasefire in Sudan.
The Secretary and Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the strategic relationship between the United States and the UAE. (end)
