Dr. Anda David is Senior Researcher and Lead Economist on inequality at AFD. She holds a PhD in development economics from Paris Dauphine and her current work centers on inequality and sustainability. She has collaborated with OECD, ILO, and World Bank, and since 2015 leads AFD's inequality research program. She coordinates the AFD-EU Facility on Inequality and is currently based in Mexico City, after having spent 5 years in Johannesburg at the AFD's Southern Africa regional office. She is also an affiliate researcher with SALDRU and ACEIR at UCT.
