India Offers Vast Investment Opportunities For Israeli Firms: Piyush Goyal
Speaking at the India–Israel Business Summit in Tel Aviv alongside Israel's Economy Minister Nir Barkat, Goyal said the two countries hold 'unlimited possibilities and potential' to deepen economic ties.
Goyal noted that cooperation could be expanded in sectors such as fintech, agritech, machine learning, quantum computing, pharmaceuticals, space, and defence, reported ANI.
He emphasised that“India offers an investor-friendly and predictable atmosphere for doing business, with huge opportunities for enterprises on both sides.”
The minister is leading a 60-member business delegation to Israel to engage with senior leadership and industry stakeholders on strengthening bilateral trade and investment flows.
Underscoring India's economic resilience amid global uncertainty, Goyal said the country continues to outperform major economies despite volatility in world markets.
Goyal is scheduled to travel to Jerusalem on Friday to continue discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral economic cooperation.
