In Ternopil, Death Toll After Russian Attack Climbs To 31
Serhii Ziubanenko, Head of the Ternopil region police, said that the bodies of a mother and two children were found while clearing the rubble.

Two residential high-rise buildings were hit in the city. Twenty-eight people were reported dead, including three children. Ninety-four people were injured, including 18 children.
