Ex-Idps In Jabrayil's Horovlu Step Into New Homes With Keys In Hand
After the families relocating to Horovlu were welcomed, the staff of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) briefed them in detail about the risks posed by mines and unexploded ordnance. They were advised to avoid unfamiliar objects or items and to promptly report any such situations to the relevant authorities.
The key-handover ceremony was attended by representatives of the Special Presidential Representation in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, officials from the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, as well as other state representatives. Families joyfully accepted their keys and settled into their new homes.
At this stage, 47 families (189 people) are returning to the village of Horovlu in the newly liberated Jabrayil area of Azerbaijan. These families had previously been temporarily settled in dormitories, sanatoriums, pioneer camps, unfinished buildings, and administrative facilities across various regions of the country.

The next group of former internally displaced persons is returning to the village of Horovlu in the newly liberated Jabrayil area of Azerbaijan and the Khojaly district, Trend reports.
