This is confirmed by the outcomes of my official visit to Armenia last year and today's talks. Kazakh-Armenian relations are now being elevated to the level of a strategic partnership. This decision will undoubtedly strengthen the friendship between our two countries and open a new phase of multifaceted cooperation,” Tokayev said.
For his part, Pashinyan noted that upgrading the relationship to the level of strategic partnership marks a new stage in the development of their cooperation in the region.
