Seed Transformation Network Launches STN Awards To Celebrate Entrepreneurial Excellence In South Asia

The awards will be presented at the STN Annual Conclave, taking place from November 27-29, 2025, in Jaipur, highlighting the region's most dynamic and impactful entrepreneurial talent.

The STN Awards have been introduced to spotlight excellence, impact, and community leadership, key pillars that define the Seed community's commitment to scaling with purpose.

Award Categories
The awards will recognize outstanding contributions across three major categories:

Transformation Excellence: Honoring companies that demonstrated exceptional business growth, job creation, and strategic transformation.

Social Impact: Recognizing enterprises that have created measurable social impact through community empowerment, sustainability initiatives, and contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Network Champion: Celebrating members who have actively strengthened the STN network through collaboration, leadership and commitment.

Selection Process:
Stanford Seed staff shortlisted top nominees in each category based on performance and impact, and nominees provided their latest company data for review. A selection committee comprising the Seed South Asia team and Stanford GSB alumni evaluated the submissions to finalize the winners.

Announcement: Winners will be officially announced at the STN Annual Conclave in Jaipur.

The STN Annual Conclave promises to be a dynamic platform for learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Over two days, participants will engage in keynote sessions, hands-on workshops, and peer-led forums designed to support leaders driving growth in emerging markets. Among the featured speakers are industry luminaries such as Kirthiga Reddy, CEO & Co-founder of Verix and former MD of Facebook India, and Captain G. R. Gopinath, founder of Air Deccan and a Rolex Award recipient, Viraj Bahl, Founder, Veeba Foods, who will share their experiences on entrepreneurship, scaling with purpose, and business transformation.
