I'm Paul and teach at the University of Exeter areas of research are focused on food, and its social history. This has been a long term interest and includes food in the context of leisure, and health. Food during both World Wars, and the evolving relationship between food and tourism in Europe, and the Westcountry (UK) are ongoing research projects.
