Power Electrical Ltd. and K.P.C. Energy Metering Solutions Ltd. headquartered in Ontario. The Transaction will be financed through Aecon Utilities' standalone committed revolving credit facility and is subject to customary closing conditions. KPC's existing management and operational teams will continue with KPC upon closing of the Transaction, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2025.
