Svyrydenko Discusses Energy Support For Ukraine With Estonia's Foreign Minister
"We need equipment that can be installed quickly and partners who understand the urgency of these decisions. Estonia is ready to join the restoration of our energy infrastructure," Svyrydenko noted.
Among the discussed topics was also the use of frozen Russian assets to finance reconstruction.

Svyrydenko emphasized that Ukraine and its partners are promoting the principle that Russia will be able to claim its assets only after fully compensating Ukraine for the damage it has caused.
Svyrydenko recalled that the Register of Damage for Ukraine has already been created - it will serve as the legal basis for future reparations.
"We expect that a political decision regarding the reparations loan will be adopted by the end of the year," she added.
During the meeting, the parties also focused on pilot concession projects in Zhytomyr and the creation of a fund with the IFC to develop public-private partnerships. Another area of cooperation discussed was the construction of data centers in Ukraine.

Svyrydenko expressed gratitude to her Estonian colleagues for their comprehensive support of Ukraine's European integration aspirations.
