Trump Demands DOJ Probe into 2020 Elections
(MENAFN) US President Donald Trump called for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the 2020 presidential election, asserting that it was “Rigged and Stolen.”
In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump compared the alleged election fraud to cheating in a card game, claiming that “What’s worse, the NBA Players cheating at cards, and probably much else, or the Democrats cheating on Elections? The 2020 Presidential Election, being Rigged and Stolen, is a far bigger SCANDAL.”
Trump also expressed his frustration over the outcome of the election, saying, “Look what happened to our Country when a Crooked Moron became our 'President!' We now know everything.”
He emphasized that the DOJ should investigate the 2020 election “with as much 'gusto' as befitting the biggest SCANDAL in American history.”
The former president warned that if no action was taken, similar issues could recur in future elections, particularly in the 2026 midterms, stating, “If not, it will happen again, including the upcoming Midterms.”
Furthermore, Trump criticized mail-in and early voting, while advocating for stricter voter ID laws. He also voiced concerns about California's ballot measures, claiming that millions of ballots were being “shipped.”
Closing his post, Trump urged Republicans to take action, writing, "GET SMART REPUBLICANS, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."
