“As of 12:40, the number of people injured as a result of the Russian attack has risen to 25. Among them are five children,” Tkachenko stated.

According to him, more than ten victims have been hospitalized, including four children.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that heating stations and assistance hubs have been set up in the Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, and Dniprovskyi districts to support those affected by the overnight attack.

In the Holosiivskyi district, several residential buildings remain without electricity. Heating points have been deployed in the neighborhoods where power is out.

These locations provide hot tea or coffee, phone charging, and essential assistance.

In the Darnytskyi district, assistance hubs for affected residents have been established at the following addresses: 11/1 Simferopolska Street (sports ground), 10 Simferopolska Street (School No. 105, Darnytskyi district).

In the Desnianskyi district, a heating station and assistance hub have been opened at School No. 276, 14 Serzh Lyfar Street. Residents can receive tea, coffee, water, and, if necessary, sedatives. The site is also equipped with blankets and spaces for rest and sleep.

A mother-and-child room is available, and social workers and psychologists are on duty to provide necessary support.

In the Dniprovskyi district, an emergency response center has been established in the District State Administration building at 1/1 Ivan Kotliarevskyi Boulevard. The center will operate until 6:00 p.m.

At these hubs, residents can receive: guidance on applying for assistance; psychological and legal support; help with filing applications for financial aid; and clarifications on further procedures.

Affected residents can apply for a one-time financial aid payment of 10,000 UAH through the District Departments of Social and Veterans Policy as part of the city program Care. Towards Kyiv Residents.

Those whose homes are declared uninhabitable will receive a one-time payment of 40,000 UAH for temporary housing rent. Until their housing is restored (for up to one year), they will also be eligible for monthly payments of 20,000 UAH.

Additionally, all residents whose homes have been damaged can apply for compensation through the eRestoration program available in the Diia app.
