How To Track Delivery Of Official Documents Via Metrash

Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) allows an option for citizens and residents to track the delivery status of their official documents requested through the Metrash application.
The Ministry demonstrated four simple steps to access this service.
Metrash users can select the 'Enquiry Service' option upon accessing the home screen of the application.
Users should then select 'QPost Tracking'. Thirdly, users must choose the postal service request from the list, and from this point, they can view the request details.
The Metrash application gives citizens and residents access to over 400 services provided by the Ministry of Interior. It is also a free application that provides its users with secure and encrypted services.
