Momd Signs 21.5M Afs Agreement To Support Orphans

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled (MoMD) has signed an agreement worth 21.5 million afghanis with an international organization to provide assistance to 702 orphaned children across 11 provinces of the country.

In a statement, the MoMD wrote, the agreement was signed between the ministry and international organization Muslim Hands.

Under the agreement, the organization will distribute over 21.5 million afghanis in cash assistance to 702 deserving orphaned children in 11 provinces.

It said that each eligible orphan will receive 24,480 afghanis in cash assistance over the course of one year.
