Mauritania, Spain Discuss Coop. In Security And Migration

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, Oct 17 (KUNA) -- Mauritanian Minister of Interior Mohammad Ould Mohammad Lemine and his Spanish counterpart Fernando Marlaska discussed Friday security and migration issues.
During the meeting, they also tackled ways to strengthen joint cooperation and coordination between Mauritania and Spain in areas of common interest, the Interior Ministry said in a press release.
The meeting is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the partnership between the two countries to promote security and stability and foster bilateral cooperation mechanisms in the face of common challenges, it added. (end)
