Türkiye’s Karmod Delivers Custom-Built Security Cabins to Malaysia

(MENAFN) Turkish modular construction specialist Karmod has delivered a shipment of custom-built security cabins to a prominent Malaysian defense electronics and cybersecurity firm, the company announced Wednesday.

The advanced units are now operational at a server facility near Kajang, a city just outside Kuala Lumpur, where they are intended to safeguard critical infrastructure and ensure continuous operation.

According to Karmod’s Cabin Sales Manager Enes Kizilbay, the company is focused on adapting its modular solutions to meet the specific needs of a wide range of industries.

"We apply customer-specific design requirements to our modular structures," Kizilbay said.

He further noted that the Malaysian client required specialized features tailored to the sensitive nature of its operations.

"For Malaysia’s leading cybersecurity company, we incorporated special features such as dual LED floodlights for exterior illumination and ventilation grilles integrated into the cabin walls for device cooling," he added.

The shipment included five fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP) units, each measuring 215 by 270 centimeters. The cabins were delivered fully assembled and are now being used as on-site security posts.

This latest export underscores Karmod’s continued expansion in Southeast Asia, where demand is growing for its prefabricated and composite security structures designed for both industrial and commercial applications.
