Dr. Yewande O. Addie is a communications scholar, public health practitioner, and narrative strategist whose work examines how race, gender, and culture shape health equity messaging. With a Ph.D. in Mass Communications, an MPH, and a master's in history, she bridges qualitative research, media discourse analysis, and narrative practice to inform public understanding and policy. A two-time Fulbright scholar, Dr. Addie's research spans edutainment grounded in arts and public health, AI and equity, and diasporic knowledge systems. Her work appears in academic journals, policy reports, and documentary projects. She teaches health communication and storytelling at the university level and is committed to co-creating narratives that build public trust and shift systems toward justice.
