What happened?

On or about July 11, 2025, Superior Vision Service discovered that a phishing attack had compromised an employee's email account. The incident began on July 9, 2025, when the employee unknowingly provided their login details to a hacker. By July 11, 2025, the attacker had potentially accessed and copied emails containing sensitive customer data. This data included personal information, including full names, physical addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, genders, Social Security numbers, vision coverage election information, and employment information related to enrollment.
