Kuwait Closely Following Situation Of Detained Citizens Sumud Flotilla

KUWAIT, Oct 2 (KUNA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya affirmed on Thursday that the ministry is closely and attentively monitoring developments related to the detention of several Kuwaiti citizens participating in the Sumud Flotilla.
In a statement to KUNA, Al-Yahya said the ministry is making every possible effort to ensure the safety of the detained citizens and to secure their release as soon as possible, stressing the well-being of Kuwaiti nationals remains a top priority, (end)
