Qatar Attends Meeting Of G77 And China

Qatar participated in the 49th Annual Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Group of 77 and China, held Wednesday on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Qatar was represented at the meeting by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi. Al Muraikhi also participated in New York in the informal meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia. Qatar also participated in the High-Level Meeting on Financing for the African Union Mission for Support and Stabilization in Somalia. Al Muraikhi chaired Qatar's delegation to the meeting.
