Penta Acquires Corporate Affairs Firm FIO360

(MENAFN- PRovoke) WASHINGTON - Penta has acquired FIO360, a consultancy specializing in data-driven corporate affairs and stakeholder strategy.

As part of the acquisition, FIO360 founder Adam Weiss joins Penta as a partner, based in Washington. Weiss will play a central role in strengthening Penta's corporate affairs and stakeholder intelligence offerings.

Weiss has spent over two decades advising senior executives on corporate affairs. He launched FIO360 in 2019 and built a reputation for helping organizations using a model that blends on-the-ground human intelligence, open-source research, and actionable strategy.

The deal comes roughly a month after Shamrock Capital acquired Penta Group from Falfurrias Management Partners, positioning Penta for accelerated global growth in AI-driven stakeholder communications and reputation management.

Penta, founded through a multi-firm merger in 2022 , now operates across nine cities, including Washington, D.C., London, New York, San Francisco, Paris, and Hong Kong. It serves Fortune 500 firms and global organizations in financial services, healthcare, technology, education, and beyond.

Penta acquired Hume Brophy in early 2023, boosting its reach across Europe and Asia with integrated public affairs and communications expertise. Shortly thereafter, Penta added Copperfield Advisory to its portfolio, enhancing its strategic and brand communication offerings in New York.
