Tiktoker Sana Yousaf Murder Case: Accused Umar Hayat Indicted In Islamabad Court
A district and sessions court in Islamabad on Saturday indicted Umar Hayat in the murder case of TikToker and social media influencer Sana Yousaf.
The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka, where the accused was formally presented before the court.
During proceedings, Judge Majoka asked the accused:“Did you murder Sana Yousaf?” Umar Hayat denied the charge, responding that he had committed no such crime and that the allegations against him were false.

The judge further inquired about the allegation that he had snatched Sana Yousaf's mobile phone, to which Hayat again denied involvement, insisting all charges were fabricated.
The court, however, formally framed charges against him and adjourned the hearing until September 25.
It may be recalled that a case was registered against Umar Hayat at Sumbal Police Station. He is accused of allegedly breaking into Sana Yousaf's residence and fatally shooting her.
