Jonathan Larsen

Jonathan Larsen is the Legal Technology Manager at Temple University's Beasley School of Law Center for Public Health Law Research, where he supports expanding use of scientific legal mapping through MonQcle, a software tool to support teams as they navigate and organize complex legal text to produce legal data for use in research and practice. Mr. Larsen's research focuses on drug policy and access to healthcare.

Prior to joining the Center, Mr. Larsen was a health policy consultant, providing federal and state legislative and regulatory analysis for biopharma clients. Mr. Larsen has broad health policy experience, particularly in oncology, having served in policy roles at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), where he also managed international business development. Outside of oncology, Mr. Larsen has worked on public policy initiatives at the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) and was a senior compliance specialist at PerformRx, a pharmacy benefit management company, where he applied deep expertise across a continuum of Medicare Part D issues. Mr. Larsen has worked on issues related to biosimilars, molecular testing, the use of health data, medical guidelines, cancer prevention, health disparities, access to care, payment reform, and the initial rollout of the Affordable Care Act.

Mr. Larsen holds a J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, an M.P.P. from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government, where he was a Bryce Harlow Foundation Fellow, and a B.A. from Tufts University.
