Amir Receives Phone Call From Amir Of Kuwait

Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call today from the Amir of the State of Kuwait, HH Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

During the call, HH the Amir of Kuwait affirmed his country's solidarity with the State of Qatar and its strong condemnation of the blatant Israeli attack that targeted residential buildings housing several Hamas leaders. He stressed that it was a criminal act and a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms, and a threat to the security of the State of Qatar and the region.

HH the Amir of Kuwait also emphasized Kuwait's firm rejection of any aggression that threatens the security and safety of the State of Qatar and undermines the security and stability of the region, affirming that Kuwait stands with Qatar in all measures it takes to protect its security and preserve its sovereignty.

For his part, HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani affirmed that the State of Qatar will take all necessary measures to protect its security and preserve its sovereignty in response to the blatant Israeli attack, expressing his gratitude to HH the Amir of Kuwait for his genuine fraternal sentiments and Kuwait's appreciated solidarity with the State of Qatar and its people.
