Clearstoneip Appoints Stuart Recher As Chief Commercial Officer

Palo Alto, California and Zurich, Switzerland, September 9, 2025: ClearstoneIP today announced the appointment of Stuart Recher as Chief Commercial Officer. A trusted IP industry software and services leader with over 25 years of experience, Stuart joins ClearstoneIP most recently from MaxVal, where he was President of Services, leading a significant restructuring and growth of its global service business. Stuart has previously held senior leadership positions at Clarivate, CPA Global, Thomson Reuters, and Nstein Technologies (now a division of Open Text).

Stuart's appointment is a strategic addition to ClearstoneIP's leadership team during a period of hyper-growth with both corporate and law firm clients across North America and Europe. Stuart will be responsible for building out go-to-market capabilities to better serve the growing demand for ClearstoneIP's innovative IP workflow and AI solutions.
