Ben Mayfield is a Lecturer in Law at Lancaster University. He specialises in land and property law, teaching courses in Land and Property Law, Equity and Trusts and Contract Law.
Ben also has a particular interest in environmental law, law and politics and legal history. Much of his research concerns the influence of pressure groups and commercial lobbies on the emergence of public policy.
