US Stock Indexes Fall For Third Consecutive Day Dow Drops 249 Points

New York, Sept 2 (Petra) – Major U.S. stock indexes fell on Tuesday for a third consecutive day, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping 249 points to 45,295.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq index declined 176 points to 21,279, while the S&P 500 fell about 44 points to 6,415.
Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rose to $65.62 per barrel.
