Russian Drones Hit Civilian Infrastructure In Kostiantynivka, Injuring Utility Workers
“On September 2, Russian troops conducted two targeted strikes on the town's civilian infrastructure using strike FPV drones. The first attack occurred shortly after 7:00, when an enemy drone hit a municipal enterprise bus transporting workers to their jobs. As a result, three civilians were injured,” Horbunov said.
The wounded were immediately taken to a hospital in Druzhkivka.
According to Horbunov, the second strike took place a short time later, damaging a crane and a minibus belonging to the same municipal enterprise. No casualties were reported in the second attack.
Horbunov emphasized that Russian forces are deliberately targeting civilian workers who maintain the town's daily life and services.
