Salman Khan Gets Candid, Says He's Never Experienced 'True Love'

The much-awaited Bigg Boss 19 journey has officially begun, with Salman Khan once again returning to host the reality show. The grand premiere on Sunday introduced viewers to a fresh batch of contestants, star-studded moments, and one unexpected personal revelation from the Bollywood superstar himself.

Among the new contestants introduced was content creator Tanya Mittal. During her interaction with Salman, the actor also brought in Gangs of Wasseypur writer Zeishan Quadri for introductions. While chatting with Tanya, Salman asked if she had watched the cult film, only for her to admit she hadn't. Instead, Tanya revealed she had seen Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, one of Salman's own films.

The conversation quickly took a personal turn when Tanya asked Salman:“Sir, sacha pyaar humesha adhura rehta hai kya? (Sir, does true love always remain incomplete?).”

Salman's candid response surprised both the contestants and the audience. He said,“Sacha pyaar, I don't know... kyunki abhi tak hua hi nahi. Na sacha pyaar hua hai, na kuch adhura raha hai (True love? I don't know... because it hasn't happened to me yet. There hasn't been true love, nor anything that remains incomplete).”

The heartfelt admission from the actor, who is otherwise known for keeping his personal life guarded, quickly became one of the highlights of the evening.

Salman Khan's love life has long been a subject of curiosity for fans and media alike. Over the years, he has been linked to several high-profile names.

In the 1990s, Salman dated former actor Somy Ali, with the relationship reportedly lasting from 1991 to 1999.

He was also in a long-term relationship with Sangeeta Bijlani. The couple dated for nearly a decade, even reaching the stage where wedding cards had been printed before the ceremony was eventually called off. Sangeeta recently confirmed this on an episode of Indian Idol 15.

His reported relationship with Aishwarya Rai began on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999. The high-profile romance, however, ended in 2002.

In more recent years, Salman has been romantically linked with actors like Katrina Kaif and Iulia Vantur, though he has never publicly confirmed these relationships. The actor, currently at 59, remains unmarried.
