The leader had a message for not just students, but also teachers. Educators are "the pillar of our renaissance, and the makers of change in our schools," he said.
The leader stressed that education should not just be about students gaining knowledge, but about "igniting in them the curiosity for knowledge, the flame of ambition, and fuelling the fire of passion."
Sheikh Mohammed also encouraged the students, pointing out that every school day presents itself as an opportunity to learn something new. Throughout the year, students can "achieve different accomplishments, elevate minds and aspirations, and get closer to goals," he added.
The leader shared his wishes for the UAE for continued success, and a "more beautiful, greater, and better academic year" for all students, teachers, and the educational field.
