Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Monday's trading higher by 11.97 points, or 0.11 percent, to close at 11,179.72 points.
During the session, 178,519,035 shares, valued at QR 363,121,304.402, were traded in 30,827 transactions across all sectors.
The session saw shares of 32 companies rise, 20 companies decline in their share price, and one company maintain its previous closing price.
Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 664,488,558,780.015, compared to QR 663,393,609,461.743 in the previous session.
