10Th Shpageeza League Begins Tomorrow In Kabul
KABUL (Pajhwok): The 10th edition of the Shpageeza Cricket League (SCL), featuring five zonal teams, is set to begin tomorrow (Saturday) at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium.
Sayed Nasim Sadat, spokesman for the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), confirmed that this year's tournament will include five teams: Speenghar Tigers, Band-i-Amir Dragons, Amu Region, Mis Ainak Region, and Bost Region.
The opening match of the league will be played between Bost Region and Amu Region.
Sadat added that all national team players currently participating in foreign leagues are expected to return and take part in the SCL.
